To enable cookies in Netscape Navigator 7 for the Clay County Clerk's web site:

Select Edit, then Preferences from the main menu bar. (see figure one)

In the Preferencesdialog box, double-click the Privacy & Security Category on the left column. (see figure two)

Then, select Cookies under the Privacy & Security heading.

In the Cookies options on the right side of the dialog box, select Enable cookies based on provacy settings by clicking on the button next to the option. (see figure two)

Now, click the OK button on the Preferences dialog box.
