Fourth Judicial Circuit Visitation Guidelines

The Fourth Judicial Circuit (comprised of Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties) has adopted two sets of visitation guidelines.  The first set of visitation guidelines is for cases where the parents reside within 280 miles of each other.  The second set is for cases where the parents reside more than 280 miles apart.

If an agreement is being filed with the court which provides for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Visitation Guidelines to be followed, a copy of the applicable guidelines should be printed and attached to their agreement.
